After a successful collegiate rowing career and National Championship with the Vesper Boat Club, Jason captained the fastest U.S. team to row across the Atlantic Ocean in 2015, setting an American Record. Two years later, he shattered his own milestone, leading a new team to a World Record-breaking Atlantic crossing. His unrelenting pursuit of excellence and resilience is showcased in the 2022 documentary Chasing.
Jason’s experiences as an athlete have shaped his ethos as a leader and storyteller. As President and Founder of Latitude 35 Leadership, Jason has guided a wealth of organizations, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to elite business schools like Wharton and Columbia.
His philosophy centers on leveraging emotion-driven leadership and collaboration on shared visions to conquer challenges. Jason draws on his personal feats—such as leading the first unassisted trek across the Namib Desert and setting the Great Pacific Race World Record in 2021—to exemplify the power of performance and perseverance.
As a speaker, Jason is celebrated for his dynamic presence, authenticity, and ability to inspire action. With over 13 years of experience, he combines compelling storytelling with actionable insights, drawing from his own journey to explore themes of vision-setting and teamwork.
