The North Face: The Other Way
Respect, Inspiration, Innovation. The three fundamental concepts The North Face applied to revamping its flagship collection, the Summit Series Collection. Designed as the most elite equipment for exploring the world’s harshest environments, the Summit Series is crafted for the most accomplished alpinists and mountaineers.
In February 2015, Conrad Anker and three other members of The North Face Team set out to test gear and explore new climbing opportunities in Langtang National Park, in the Kyanjin Gompa region. Though the weather ultimately denied them a summit, their fight against the elements only reinforced their drive to return.
